However, we occasionally review exceptional candidates who demonstrate:

• Proven caregiving and/or concierge-level support experience

• A strong understanding of accessible and senior travel

• The ability to accompany clients on multi-day or international trips

1. A tailored cover letter (1 full page) explaining why you would be a strong fit and detailing your caregiving and travel background.

2. A professional résumé including certifications (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).

3. A brief written summary (200–300 words) of your personal travel experience, particularly any trips where you supported seniors, individuals with mobility needs, or anxious travelers.

4. At least one professional reference related to caregiving or travel support.
